Grand Cabernet Franc 2019

Intense and bright ruby color with aromas of cherry, ripe currant, hints of leaf and green pepper.  Notes of coffee and chocolate brought by 100% aging in new French oak for twelve months contribute to the long finish.  The Alpasion winery utilizes shallow containers when hand picking grapes to maintain grape quality until the fruit is processed at the winery.  Once at the winery, hand sorting takes place to ensure only the best grapes are used to make the high quality wine.
